The project is multi-directional: • aims to connect ideas, people and spaces, • has a social and educational character, • brings together formal and non-formal education, • connects people of different ages and backgrounds • develops connections between different sectors and the younger generation, • promotes creativity as the engine of innovation. The project is designed to show that all people have natural creativity and can be further developed. They will understand the different learning and development opportunities in the creative industries. In the first phase of the project, participants will develop the activities and explore their future impact on young people like themselves and the next initiatives. Various formal and informal groups of young people will be invited to the workshops. In addition, the activities and space of the Pavilion will become an attractive place for randomly passing citizens and guests of the city. Many people will be inspired by arts while visiting the pavilion space, activities and results that happened in the virtual environment. Participants will disseminate ideas, knowledge and skills subsequently acquired during the project in personal entrepreneurial initiatives and in the realization of the labor market. Activities - workshops, projects and competitions will allow students as well as disadvantaged and unemployed people to experiment and create their own works in different fields: painting, fashion design, photography, plastic arts, dancing and styling . In an informal environment, participants will be encouraged to develop their creative talents, creative skills and design thinking. The stimulating urban environment and youth enthusiasm of the participants predisposes experimentation and publicity to the talents of those involved in the workshops. Thus, everyone touched upon the ideas of the project will be motivated for future trainings and oriented towards new professions and open to new forms of training in a different environment. The implemented project will inform the public and young people about the possibilities of creative and cultural industries as possible careers and will spread the ideas of initiative and entrepreneurial thinking.
